Very small pitches with trees close by. Water hot but showers a little grimy and nowhere to hang clothes to keep them dry. We ordered bread for 8:30 to take with us as we left, but at 8:50 there was still no-one in reception or the bar area, where we had checked in the day before (due to the receptionist not being there). A lot of road noise from the lorries on the nearby main road from the early hours.
Pitched on concrete like an aire and toilets at opposite end of site. Heating not adequate and no hot water to sinks in morning. Staff not helpful Not good value for money and will not visit again.
Site ok, but only just. Muddy pitches amongst trees with a few hard standings. Toilets facilities are just acceptable.
There are better pitches further away from the entrance, so don\'t grab the first pitch you see when first drive on site.
It says there is wifi across the site, but I walked all around this site and failed to get connected!
Fresh bread available and nice restaurant . Would use again, but probably only as a stopover.
Driving a camper van of medium size we found that headroom amongst the many trees a slight challenge.
Pitches that are around reception area are damp and muddy. We were in a dry spell, but pitches still soggy.
Better looking away from this area as there are other dryer pitches available. Swimming pool water was a funny colour green, so avoided this.
Toilet block clean but dated. Bread available daily. Water hard to find anywhere around pitches.
Restaurant very nice with tables laid out.
Will use again as a stopover on route or returning from Spain.
Hopeless site. I wouldn\'t advise anyone to stay this season unless they have no alternative. Most of the pitches were unusable as they had been dug over and new grass shoots now coming up. We have a 7m motorhome and were firstly shown to a possible pitch on an elevated field by man in buggy but immediately got stuck with no hope of reversing into position. There was a lot of shrugging and we were finally placed on the far side of the site where concrete blocks had been freshly laid. Other vans and caravans were parked on the roads between pitches. Our electric lead was hooked up for us by buggy man who had to walk across opposite muddy pitch to do so. Within an hour another very large A Class van was slid in beside us - a branch of a tree being removed by a chain saw to allow this - so effectively we eventually had half a pitch. This felt almost no different to parking on an Aire. Apparently, the new neighbour\'s were asked to hook up themselves but it was suggested the lady, who would be lighter in weight, went barefoot across the mud to do this as less likelihood of the heavy clay sticking to her feet than as would be the case with shoes. And she could more readily wash her feet than a pair of shoes! We then had to listen to a cement mixer churning and various other building activities taking place across the site. Cold water for washing up! Nothing open. Shameful charge compared to other Acsi sites. Avoid.
Lovely campsite positioned near a river, good walks. A nice man helped us at the pitch with power and levelling the caravan. One toilet block open (to be expected for the time of the year), looked new and clean. One downside, ladies showers cold despite holding tap open for ten minutes! I was in at 7am so probably the first to ask for hot water, it may be ok later in the morning. It is something that needs investigating. I would suggest the ladies share the men\'s showers which were hot. Don\'t let this put you off, it\'s well worth a visit.
Stayed here in Feb on the way to the costa blanca, what a bad site all the pitches were being dug up and had to stay on service road, never again, the owner could have made a reduction in the price but he did not. Should not be in the guide.
A great campsite if you travel with dogs. Spacious with lots of places to walk both on and off site. The food here is good and the roast chicken (pre order to takeaway) is always nice. House wine really good too.
Water in ladies showers takes ages to get hot so patience is needed
After staying the previous night at an another camping most sites suffer by comparison. Unless you plan to visit the city I wouldn\'t recommend this campsite. The shop wasn\'t open, there was a small (overpriced) selection of goods in the reception. The pool was closed despite the heat. Many of the pitches are very open and barren. Expensive Wifi. We wouldn\'t stay again.
We visited mid May and a lot of the campsite was closed and roped off, although I think that was so that they could get the grass in good condition for the summer. It was difficult to work out where the washrooms were but once we found it they were clean and good powerful shower. The swimming pool was not yet open but the children\'s playground was good and there was a table tennis table that was being used. Very handy site for Pamplona with good cycle path, but watch out as some of the signs are not easy to follow and we had to retrace our steps a couple of times. Nice little bar that was open. WiFi not free.
